Pet Park Boulevard is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Pet Sales Associate to join our team!

We’re a locally owned pet boutique focused on creating a fun, welcoming experience for both pets and their people. We carry carefully selected food, treats, toys, accessories, and unique seasonal products.

We’re looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, creative, and genuinely excited to learn about pets and pet nutrition.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and their pets and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Help customers find products that fit their pet’s needs, lifestyle, and preferences
• Learn about our pet food, treat, toy, and accessory brands so you can confidently educate customers
• Operate the register and process purchases accurately
• Restock, organize, and merchandise products
• Help create eye-catching seasonal displays and refresh the store throughout the year
• Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting
• Assist with receiving inventory, pricing, labeling, and maintaining accurate product placement
• Help with special events, promotions, community activities, and other store projects

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• A pet person - You genuinely love animals and enjoy interacting with them
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in keeping things organized
• Curious and eager to learn about pet nutrition, ingredients, and different types of pet food
• Creative and enjoys merchandising, decorating, and helping plan events
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
• A team player with a positive attitude
  
• Able to stay organized and productive in a small-business environment where priorities can change throughout the day
• Retail or pet industry experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person

Position Details

Pay: $17.50/hour
Position: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Pet Park Boulevard — Savage, MN
